We have worked with a number of biodynamic (BD) processes and philosophies on our farm for some years now. Planting and harvesting by the BD calendar, making BD compost, making as many of our own preps as possible, horn manure, horn silica, nettle, oak bark. and others.
It is not always easy to describe what biodynamics is. It is kind of a way of thinking and to some degree a way of life. It sets a rhythm and a way of understanding the natural world from an energetic point of view beyond the physical, to the relationships and energies emitted.
I found this video that shares another persons interpretation of what biodynamics is and can influence the world. You might enjoy seeing this perspective.
