Resiliency Work Groups, It takes a Village!

This page is for coordinating workgroup projects on a variety of topics related to community resilience, sustainability and green productivity.

As of this point we have a number of people interested in being involved in several different areas of hands on research. This research will result in working models that other education groups, individuals and the community at large can benefit from, build on and implement in other aspects throughout the Community. If you are interested in joining one of these workgroups please contact us to see when each on will be meeting and how far the project has progressed. These work groups don't cost anything more then your time, energy and potential for sourcing necessary materials. The projects will remain at Inspiration Farm and become and open source resource with the potential to inspiring others. Each project will be documented in a way that can be presented at events and on the web.

Lots of options here! We live in bio-mass country

Rocket Stoves for all Seasons

We are building a working model to bring to the Great Unleashing

Vertical Axis Wind Turbines

Last year we erected a model that Larry Dobson designed and built. We would like to construct a larger model with a similar design and hook it up to compress air, pump water or generate electricity.
