Presented by Joe Brewer, Co-Founder of the Design School for Regenerating Earth and Brandon Letsinger, founder of CascadiaNow! and the Department of Bioregion which Regenerate Cascadia is a program of. Starting with a brief presentation / discussion by Joe and Brian. Followed by an Information filled tour of Inspiration Farm. Highlighting process of the regenerative work being done here and the neighbors re-wilded property. Starts at 10am sharp
We will also explore the adjoining gravel pit and envision ways to restore it to a functioning ecosystem from its existing context.
We will have nut tree seeds for people to plant as we walk around with planting sticks. Doing the work as we talk and walk. Or “Walking our talk” Bring a planting/walking stick if you have one.
Bring a sack lunch or something to share potluck style. Kitchen available if you need to heat something up, or make some tea. We will have seating and a covered area for lunch. Please RSVP below so we know how many to expect.
After Lunch, We will migrate 4 miles to another part of the water catchment at Hunter’s Edaphos Wildlife Sanctuary.
Hunter is a Soil specialist and runs a consulting practice. This property was a 6 ac. pasture that he is restoring to a wetland integrated system. See the water earthworks that was installed 2 years ago.
Talk to Hunter about his vision and the planting and planning work in process.

We will be driving from one location to the next. Please try to carpool if possible some locations have limited parking.
These tours will be outdoors walking on wet and at times uneven ground so wear appropriate foot wear. Dress warm for the weather, bring extra clothes and warm drink. A tea station and indoor facilities will be available at Inspiration Farm. The walk portion may be up to 1/2 mile.
